Section 24 - Tale: One night, an invitation was held in my neighborhood
One night there was a gathering in my alley
People of all kinds were assembled there
As the minstrel's voice came from the alley
The cries of the lovers reached the sky
A fairy-faced one was my beloved
I said to her, oh my beautiful doll
Why don't you come to the gathering with friends
To brighten our assembly like a candle?
I heard the silver-bodied tall one
Who was going and saying to herself
I do not have the beard of men in my grasp
It is not manly to sit among men
Do not seek a more disgraceful one than that effeminate
Whose face becomes black before his beard
One must flee from that unchaste one
Whose unmanliness disgraced men
The boy who sits among the rough ones
Tell his father to wash his hands of his blessings
Do not grieve for his loss and death
Who died unworthy before his father
