Someone's son was lost from the caravan,

He searched throughout the caravan at night.

He asked at every tent and rushed in every direction,

In the darkness, he found that light (his son).

When he came to the people of the caravan,

I heard him saying to the camel driver:

You don't know how I found my beloved!

Everyone I came across, I said, 'It is him!'

That is why people of heart (spiritual seekers) follow everyone,

So that perhaps one day they may reach a true man (spiritual guide).

They endure many burdens for the sake of a heart (a true connection),

They endure thorns for the sake of a flower.
