رباعی شماره ۱۰: نی قصه آن شمع چگل بتوان گفت
Neither the tale of that spotted candle can be told,
Nor the state of a burnt heart can be expressed.
نی قصهٔ آن شمع چگل بتوان گفت
نی حال دل سوخته دل بتوان گفت
The grief in my narrow heart is because there is not
A friend with whom the heart's sorrow can be shared.
غم در دل تنگ من از آن است که نیست
یک دوست که با او غم دل بتوان گفت
