باز آی و دلِ تنگِ مرا مونس جان باش
وین سوخته را مَحرَمِ اسرارِ نهان باش

زان باده که در میکدهٔ عشق فروشند
ما را دو سه ساغر بده و گو رمضان باش

در خرقه چو آتش زدی ای عارفِ سالِک
جهدی کن و سرحلقهٔ رندانِ جهان باش

دلدار که گفتا به تواَم دل نگران است
گو می‌رسم اینک به سلامت، نگران باش
***
خون شد دلم از حسرتِ آن لعلِ روان بخش
ای دُرجِ محبت به همان مُهر و نشان باش
***
تا بر دلش از غصه غباری نَنِشیند
ای سیلِ سرشک از عقبِ نامه روان باش
***
حافظ که هوس می‌کندش جامِ جهان بین
گو در نظرِ آصفِ جمشید مکان باش

Description:
English Translation:
Return, and be the companion to my lonely heart,
Be the confidant of this burnt-out soul's secrets.
From that wine sold in the tavern of love,
Give me two or three cups and say, "It's Ramadan."
You've set fire to your ascetic robe, O seeker,
Strive to be the leader of the world's revelers.
When your beloved said, "I'm worried about you,"
Say, "I'm coming now, safe and sound, don't worry."
My heart has turned to blood from longing for that life-giving ruby,
O jewel of affection, remain with the same seal and mark.
So that no dust of sorrow may settle on her heart,
O stream of tears, flow after the letter.
Hafez, who desires the world-seeing cup,
Say, "Be in the sight of Asaf, the vizier of Jamshid."
