از بسکه دل تو دام حیلت افراخت
خود را و ترا ز چشم رحمت انداخت
مانندهٔ فرعون خدا را نشناخت
چون برق گرفت عالمی را بگداخت
Description:
English Translation of the Quatrain
Because your heart has erected a net of deceit,
It has cast both you and itself out of the eye of mercy.
Like Pharaoh, you have failed to recognize God,
And like lightning, you have consumed the world.
